"…has been helping me with leadership and team development since project commencement in 2006 and in doing so has allowed me to understand that high performing teams can only exist where there are high performing leaders…he has a real talent in helping people understand themselves, how they influence others and how to manage both internal and external factors with teams.”

“…one of the greatest challenges of any public sector business is to clearly define and articulate outcomes and to then align resources and behaviours to deliver. Your role has been integral to enabling those leadership groups to agree clarity of purpose, establish a road map to delivery on that purpose and to underpin this with robust and productive relationships, based on an accountability frame that embeds agreed values and stimulates required behaviours. Dale’s capacity to provide the foundation and trust to enable frank and constructive engagement between senior executives through strategy and business planning workshops has been a key ingredient to our success”

"Facilitated a highly innovative forum where marketing and creative minds were brought together with engineering and technical minds to expose new solutions to customers needs. The success of this workshop was declared by many attendees and is still discussed and reminisced with favour today…"

"This has been a very insightful, valuable and unique experience in how to build trust, address conflict and build collaboration. In 35 years I have not experienced anything that did this so powerfully and effecitvely in such a short time. By focussing on these aspects it meant we addressed the key issues that hold us back and not the symptoms which were the things we discussed on the first day (meetings, agendas, TLR, objectives, etc). Having spent time addressing the aspects of that, conflict mangement and collaboration it means we could tackle the 'whats' in 60-90 minutes. Thank you."

“ I have known and trusted Dale MacArthur from Creating Breakthroughs for over a decade and had the pleasure of calling on his guidance and services at important junctions in my career.

Throughout this time,  Dale has  been a valuable support to me during our regular one-on-one sessions to see new and fresh perspectives, obtain clarity and plan new strategic directions.

He has assisted me to find clarity and purpose not only in business but also in family life. Dale is one of those few people you can trust so I have no hesitation in recommending Dale and his team from Creating Breakthroughs to support your most ambitious leadership and team development goals. It will be one of the best investments you will make."

“…understanding the complex nature of state government contracting and previous work with agencies has enabled game-changing interaction between our customers and ourselves”

"allowed us to identify issues and opportunities and get to a place that we could not have achieved on our own…creates a space for us where we can be collaborative and courageous…allows us to seek solutions that were previously unknown and discover new avenues to achieve our shared goals."
