Facilitation

Facilitating a group of people to achieve an agreed outcome/s can often look easy but is a complex process. Our trained facilitators apply proven methodologies to engage the leaders in the desired outcomes; use honed facilitation techniques to enhance the workshop experience for all; and finally, help the participants develop, and agree on, action plans to continue the inspired work already developed.

With over 16 years of facilitation experience and satisfied customers, Creating Breakthroughs uses a co-facilitation model in the delivery of workshops as this is proven to provide the most successful and effective outcomes for our clients. It also provides:
