With this belief, he formed Creating Breakthroughs in 2003 and has had the privilege of profoundly transforming business teams, significantly developing senior leaders and influencing high-stake partnerships across three continents.

In 2013, he launched the Breakthrough Leadership- Leading Self program which has attracted leaders from corporate and government organisations all over Australia. This highly regarded and transforming program has impacted leaders to uncover and understand their authentic and unique leadership style and develop a compelling vision for their personal and professional future. Since then, additional leadership programs such as Breakthrough Leadership-Leading Others, Breakthrough Conversations and several other leadership modules have  positively changed the way people view themselves, show authentic leadership and engage their teams.
